03:51 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venture Global ( VG ) and Japan-based Mitsui said late Tuesday that they have executed a new long-term liquefied natural gas sales and purchase agreement.

Under the terms of the deal, Mitsui will purchase 1 million tons per year of LNG from Venture Global ( VG ) for 20 years, with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2029.

Venture Global ( VG ) shares were 5.6% higher in premarket trade Wednesday.
