05:52 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Venture Global ( VG ) said Thursday it reached a settlement agreement with Edison resolving pending arbitration related to the Calcasieu Pass liquefied natural gas export project.

Under the terms, the companies will deliver additional LNG cargoes to Europe beyond the existing long-term contract volumes, primarily supporting gas supply to the Italian market. The first delivery is scheduled for May at the Adriatic LNG Terminal in Italy.

The settlement is expected to close by Q2, after which the arbitration will be terminated.
