04:19 AM EST, 11/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venture Global ( VG ) said Wednesday it signed a long-term liquefied natural gas sales and purchase agreement with Tokyo Gas for deliveries from 2030.

Tokyo Gas will buy 1 million tonnes of LNG per year from Venture Global ( VG ) under a 20-year contract, the company said.

The deal is Venture Global's ( VG ) fourth long-term contract with a Japanese buyer and lifted its 2025 long-term LNG sales to 7.75 million tonnes per year, it said.

Shares of the company were up over 1.7% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
