06:39 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Venture Global ( VG ) and Vitol said Monday they have executed a new binding agreement for the purchase of about 1.5 million tonnes per annum of US liquefied natural gas.

The LNG will be supplied from Venture Global's ( VG ) portfolio for five years starting this year.

Venture Global ( VG ) shares were up 8.7% in premarket activity.
