Venu Buys Property in Denver Suburb

10:23 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venu ( VENU ) said Wednesday it has acquired a property in Denver suburb Centennial, Colorado.

The company said it plans to transform the site into an indoor music hall, private rental space, and restaurant.

Venu ( VENU ) said it expects to close on the property on June 1.

Financial details weren't provided.
