04:10 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venu Holding ( VENU ) said Tuesday that it priced an underwritten public offering of 2.5 million of its common shares at $12 per share for gross proceeds of $30 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 375,000 shares to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on Thursday.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to fund a portion of the development costs of the Sunset McKinney and Sunset Broken Arrow Amphitheaters, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Venu's ( VENU ) shares were up over 3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
