Venu Retains Texas Capital Securities as Financial Adviser to Support Debt Financing Facilities Creation

08:55 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venu ( VENU ) said Thursday it has retained Texas Capital Securities as its financial adviser to support the creation of debt financing facilities with anticipated commitments of roughly $200 million.

Additional liquidity will likely support the construction of Venu's ( VENU ) amphitheaters in McKinney, Texas, El Paso, Texas and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the company said.
