11:30 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venu ( VENU ) said Tuesday it expects to close a sale-leaseback of a 5.5-acre parking property in Colorado Springs in early November.

About $8 million of the $14 million property sale price will be paid in cash, and the remaining in company common shares, currently held by the buyer, according to a statement.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for the construction of its amphitheaters in Oklahoma and Texas.

The company said it negotiated a one-time right to repurchase the property from the buyer within the first three years of the sale.
