05:48 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Venus Concept ( VERO ) said late Monday it closed a registered direct offering priced at-the-market of up to 434,720 common shares at $2.65 apiece for gross proceeds of almost $1.2 million.

The company also issued unregistered short-term warrants in a concurrent private placement to purchase up to 869,440 common shares at $2.65 apiece for gross proceeds of almost $2.3 million. The warrants are immediately exercisable upon issuance.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Shares were up over 14% in after-hours trading.
