11:18 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Veon ( VEON ) said Monday it has consolidated its share trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market to support trading liquidity and reporting requirements.

The company's common shares will no longer be listed on the Euronext Amsterdam starting Monday, Veon ( VEON ) said.

For shareholders on Euronext Amsterdam who still hold Veon's ( VEON ) common shares and want to exchange them for American Depositary Shares, the company will cover the issuance fees until Dec. 6, it added.

The company's shares were up 2.4% in recent trading.
