VEON Swings to Q4 Net Income, Revenue Rises; 2025 Outlook Issued

04:19 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VEON (VEON) reported Q4 net income attributable to shareholders Thursday of $81 million, swinging from a loss of $3.57 billion a year earlier.

Comparable analyst estimates were not available.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec, 31 was $998 million, up from $953 million a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $997 million.

For 2025, the south and central Asia-focused internet connectivity provider expects local currency revenue growth of 12% to 14%. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.23 billion.
