04:59 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veon's ( VEON ) Beeline Kazakhstan unit has agreed to acquire OLX Group's online classifieds business in Kazakhstan for $75 million, the companies said Tuesday.

Beeline's acquisition of OLX Kazakhstan remains subject to regulatory approvals.

The OLX unit will be integrated into Beeline Kazakhstan's digital services ecosystem, Beeline Chief Executive Officer Evgeniy Nastradin said. Over a transitional period, OLX Group will continue to provide certain IT-related support services to OLX Kazakhstan, the companies said.
