Veralto Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; Q1, 2025 Guidance Set -- Shares Rise After Hours

04:46 PM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veralto ( VLTO ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.95 per share, up from $0.87 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.89.

Sales in the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $1.35 billion, up from $1.29 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.35 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q1 adjusted diluted earnings of $0.84 to $0.88 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.88.

The company projected full-year 2025 adjusted diluted earnings per share of $3.60 to $3.70. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.72.

Veralto ( VLTO ) shares were up nearly 2% in after-hours activity.
