05:58 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veralto ( VLTO ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire Austrian water treatment company Aquafides for about $20 million.

Aquafides provides ultraviolet purification technologies to prepare water for both drinking and industrial applications, Veralto ( VLTO ) said.

This transaction is expected to close in Q2, the company said.
