11:08 AM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verb Technology ( VERB ) said Wednesday it has entered into a partnership with TikTok Shop, making its Market.live a service provider for TikTok Shop and a designated TikTok Shop Partner.

Under the partnership, TikTok Shop will direct leads to Market.live for onboarding, training, studio space rental , content creation and production services, among other things, the company said.

Verb said Market.live will earn revenue through fees paid by TikTok-referred parties, adding that it is contemplated that Market.live will receive a percentage of monthly revenue generated through the TikTok stores it establishes.

Verb shares were up more than 12% in recent trading.
