Verde AgriTech CEO Ends Automatic Securities Disposition Plan
Dec 27, 2024 3:32 AM

06:27 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verde AgriTech ( VNPKF ) on Tuesday said President and CEO Cristiano Veloso terminated an automatic securities disposition plan.

An automatic securities disposition plan is an arrangement that allows insiders to sell securities while still complying with insider trading restrictions.

Veloso was not in possession of material non-public information at the time the securities broker was provided with notice to terminate the ASDP.

Under the terms of the ASDP, the termination will become effective on Jan. 24 or 30 days following the date of notice of termination.

The decision relates to personal financial planning and confirms Veloso's confidence in the company's future prospects.
