Verde AgriTech Closes $4.5 Million Private Placement of Units

03:57 PM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Verde AgriTech ( VNPKF ) on Thursday said it closed a brokered private placement raising $4.5 million.

The company placed 3.75-million units priced at $1.20 each and made up of a share and a 30-month warrant to buy a share for $1.65.

The company said it plans to use proceeds to advance its Minas Americas rare-earth project in Minas Gerais, Brazil, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.02 to $1.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
