04:14 PM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dominick Colangelo, Director, President and CEO, on April 17, 2024, sold 35,000 shares in Vericel ( VCEL ) for $1,593,550. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Colangelo has control over a total of 195,307 shares of the company, with 195,307 shares held directly.
