09:59 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vericity ( VERY ) said Friday that its acquisition by iA American Holdings has been completed.

Under the terms of the previously announced deal, Vericity ( VERY ) was acquired by iA American, a subsidiary iA Financial, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $170 million.

As a result of the deal completion, Vericity ( VERY ) said it is no longer listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
