VerifyMe Approves Share Repurchase Program Extension; Stock Rises

11:56 AM EST, 11/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VerifyMe ( VRME ) said Tuesday its board approved an extension to the expiration date of its 2024 share repurchase authorization through Dec. 31, 2025.

The company may buy back up to $500,000 of its common shares under the program from time to time.

VerifyMe ( VRME ) shares were up 16% in recent trading.
