Verint Systems Awarded $4 Million Contract to Increase CX Automation For US Bank

05:40 PM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verint Systems ( VRNT ) said Wednesday that it has won a $4 million contract to provide its Verint Open Platform to a major US bank to increase customer experience automation in its contact center.

The multi-year contract is for several Verint Open Platform applications across 5,000 agents, covering one-eighth of its workforce, with a fully negotiated option in the contract to expand, the firm said.

Verint ( VRNT ) said it is also discussing the deployment of AI-powered bots with the bank, a potential addition not covered by the current contract.
