Verint Systems Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline

04:39 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verint Systems ( VRNT ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.33 per diluted share, down from $0.49 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $208 million, down from $210.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $200.6 million.

Verint ( VRNT ) said it is suspending its practice of providing financial guidance due to the pending acquisition by Thoma Bravo.
