Verint Systems Fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2025 Outlook Unchanged; Shares Rise After-Hours

04:26 PM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verint Systems ( VRNT ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.54, down from $0.65 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.43.

Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 31 was $224.2 million, up from $218.5 million a year ago.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $210.1 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company continues to expect non-GAAP EPS of $2.90 and kept its non-GAAP revenue estimate unchanged at $933 million, plus/minus 2%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $2.91 on revenue of $933 million.

Shares of Verint Systems ( VRNT ) jumped more than 14% in recent after-hours trading.
