10:51 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verint Systems ( VRNT ) said Tuesday it got a $13 million contract to provide knowledge management bots to an undisclosed Fortune 25 company.

The multiyear deal involves the deployment of the artificial intelligence-powered Verint Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Suggestion bots for the customer's 60,000 agents.

The contract includes two bots embedded in the knowledge management application running on the Verint Open Platform, it said.
