Three analysts polled by FactSet expected AFFO of $0.17 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $73.4 million, up from $68.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $73.8 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects core FFO between $0.67 and $0.68 per share, up from its previous guidance range of $0.63 to $0.64 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect core FFO of $0.64 per share.
