VeriSign CFO George Kilguss to Retire; Chief Accounting Officer John Calys Named as Successor

05:11 PM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- VeriSign ( VRSN ) said late Thursday that Chief Financial Officer George Kilguss III will retire, effective May 31.

Chief Accounting Officer John Calys will succeed Kilguss as CFO, the company said.

Calys joined VeriSign ( VRSN ) in December 2010 and served as interim CFO during 2011 and 2012, the company added.
