Veritone Awarded Data Refinery Contracts, Shares Surge

05:55 PM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Veritone ( VERI ) reported late Tuesday that it secured several contracts for the deployment of its Veritone Data Refinery, or VDR, from hyperscalers, boosting the company's pipeline.

The contracts expand Veritone's ( VERI ) near-time VDR pipeline and recent bookings to around $40 million, a 100% jump from August, and include both public and commercial sector customers.

For fiscal Q3, the company sees revenue between $28.5 million and $28.7 million, up around 30.5% at the midpoint from a year ago. The adjusted net loss is expected to widen by about 48.2% to between $5.5 million and $6 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for Q3 revenue of $26.6 million.

Veritone ( VERI ) shares jumped 55% in after-hours trading.
