Verizon Commences Five-Part Bond Sale to Help Finance Frontier Deal

08:34 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verizon Communications ( VZ ) initiated a corporate bond sale Monday in as many as five parts to help fund its acquisition of Frontier Communications Parent ( FYBR ) , Bloomberg reported, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.

Verizon didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
