10:58 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verizon Communications ( VZ ) said Monday it has increased the maximum total consideration condition for its 10 separate cash offers for old notes to $500 million from its original $300 million to purchase all covered notes validly tendered and not withdrawn prior to the cash offer expiration June 18.

The company added it considered the minimum issue requirement for its private offer to exchange 10 series of old notes for newly issued 5.401% notes due in 2037, which also expired June 18, as satisfied.

Settlements for both the cash and exchange offers is expected to be June 25, the company said.
