Verizon Communications to Redeem $487.4 Million in Floating Rate Notes Due 2025

08:31 AM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verizon Communications ( VZ ) said Friday it will redeem its floating rate notes due 2025, with an outstanding principal amount of $487.4 million, on March 18.

The company said the redemption price will be 100% of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date.
