10:15 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verizon Communications ( VZ ) said Monday it plans to redeem debt securities on Dec. 16.

The redemption covers $825.8 million of its 1.450% notes due March 2026, about $607 million of its 4.125% notes due March 2027, and $463 million of its 3% notes due March 2027, the company said.

Shares of the company were down 1.7% in recent Monday trading.
