Vermilion Energy Closes $415 Million Sale of Saskatchewan Assets

05:22 PM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vermilion Energy ( VET ) said Thursday that it completed the $415 million sale of Saskatchewan assets.

The assets include about 10,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day of non-core light oil production in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, according to the company.

Net proceeds from the sale will strengthen Vermilion's balance sheet and provide capital allocation flexibility.
