02:26 PM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VersaBank ( VBNK ) said Wednesday it completed an underwritten public offering of about 5.7 million common shares priced at $13.25 per share for gross proceeds of $75 million.

The bank also granted underwriters an option to buy up to an additional 15% of the shares until Jan. 15

Net proceeds are expected to be used for general banking purposes, VersaBank ( VBNK ) said.
