VersaBank Launches Common Stock Offering

10:28 AM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VersaBank ( VBNK ) said Monday it launched a public offering of its common shares.

The company will grant a 30-day overallotment option to its underwriters to acquire up to an additional 15% of the shares to be sold in the offering.

VersaBank ( VBNK ) said it expects to use the net proceeds for general banking purposes.

Price: 15.40, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +0.06
