Vertex Aerospace Launches Secondary Offering for 2 Million V2X Shares

05:23 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- V2X (VVX) said late Thursday that Vertex Aerospace Holdco has commenced a secondary offering of 2 million shares of the company.

Vertex Aerospace has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares of V2X.

V2X said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Upon closing of the offering, expected on or about Monday, Vertex Aerospace will continue to own 38.4% of V2X's outstanding common stock, or 37.4% if the underwriter option is exercised in full, the company said.
