Vertiv Acquires Belgian Generative AI Software Platform

06:57 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vertiv ( VRT ) said Tuesday that it has purchased Belgium-based generative artificial intelligence software platform Waylay.

Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.

The acquisition will allow the company to support customers in optimizing energy usage and enhancing operational intelligence across their digital infrastructure.
