Vertiv CFO David Fallon to Retire

07:25 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vertiv ( VRT ) said Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer David Fallon will retire after a successor is named in H2.

Fallon, who cited family reasons for his planned departure, will act as the company's consultant through Dec. 31, 2026, to support a smooth transition, Vertiv ( VRT ) said.

The company also said it is reiterating its Q2 and fiscal 2025 outlook, as outlined in its Q1 earnings release.
