Vertiv Completes Great Lakes Data Racks & Cabinets Acquisition

04:47 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vertiv ( VRT ) said Wednesday it completed its acquisition of Great Lakes Data Racks & Cabinets.

The roughly $200 million deal boosts Vertiv's ( VRT ) rack, cabinet and integration products for white space applications, the company said.
