10:25 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vertiv Holdings ( VRT ) said Thursday it has completed the repricing of its Vertiv Group's seven-year $2.1 billion term loan.

The repricing lowers the term loan's interest of its subsidiary, resulting in annual interest savings of about $13 million, Vertiv ( VRT ) said.

The shares were up more than 1% in recent trading.
