07:16 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vertiv ( VRT ) said Monday that Craig Chamberlin has been named chief financial officer, effective Nov. 10, succeeding David Fallon, who is retiring.

Chamberlin most recently served as group vice president and CFO of Wabtec's (WAB) Transit segment, the company said.

Fallon will remain as a consultant until Dec. 31, 2026, to help with the transition, Vertiv ( VRT ) said.

Vertiv ( VRT ) shares were 3.3% higher in premarket trading.
