03:17 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vertiv Holdings ( VRT ) said late Monday it agreed to acquire ThermoKey, a provider of heat rejection and heat-exchange technologies based in Italy.

The deal is expected to expand the company's thermal management portfolio and manufacturing capabilities, Vertiv ( VRT ) said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Closing of the deal is expected to occur in Q2, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
