Vestis Names Jim Barber as CEO, President -- Shares Down Pre-Bell

05:08 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vestis ( VSTS ) said Tuesday it appointed Jim Barber as president, chief executive officer and member of the board, starting from June 2, while interim CEO Phillip Holloman will return to his position as board chair.

The company said Barber previously held the position of chief operating officer at UPS (UPS). He is currently a board member at C.H. Robinson (CHRW).

Vestis ( VSTS ) shares were down nearly 25.7% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
