Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.34.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 28 was $2.83 billion, compared with $2.78 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.75 billion.

The company said it expects fiscal Q4 revenue to decline 4% to 6%.
