VIA Optronics Plans to Voluntarily Delist From NYSE
Apr 10, 2024 1:58 AM

04:42 AM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VIA Optronics ( VIAO ) said late Tuesday it intends to voluntarily delist its American depository shares from the New York Stock Exchange and terminate its registration with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it notified the NYSE of its plan following a resolution adopted by its supervisory board.

The company said delisting and deregistration would be "more economical" given the low liquidity of its ADSs and the high costs of maintaining the listing.
