08:10 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Via Transportation said Wednesday it intends to price its shares between $40.00 and $44.00 each in its upcoming initial public offering, planning to raise $471 million.

The company said it has launched its roadshow for the initial public offering of little more than 10 million shares of its Class A common stock.

Multiple media outlets said that Via is seeking a valuation of up to $3.50 billion for this offering.
