08:15 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viad ( VVI ) said Tuesday it has named Michael Heitz as chief financial officer.

The company said Heitz joined Viad ( VVI ) unit Pursuit's Denver office on Monday and will succeed Ellen Ingersoll in March.

Heitz was most recently the vice president of corporate and mountain finance at Vail Resorts ( MTN ) , the company said.

Viad ( VVI ) said it plans to rebrand as Pursuit and change its New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol to PRSU after the sale of its GES business, which is expected to close on Dec. 31.
