10:32 AM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viad ( VVI ) agreed to acquire the Jasper SkyTram attraction in Jasper National Park in Alberta for 25 million Canadian dollars ($18.3 million).

The transaction is expected to be completed next month, Viad ( VVI ) said Wednesday in a statement.

The deal, which is expected to add $4 million in revenue this year, includes a renewable long-term lease with Parks Canada with 30 years remaining, Viad ( VVI ) said.
