10:03 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Viad ( VVI ) said Thursday it will change its name to Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, effective Dec. 31.

The company said it will start trading under its new NYSE ticker PRSU on Jan. 2.

The move follows the previously disclosed sale of Viad's ( VVI ) GES business, which is slated to close on Dec. 31, leaving Pursuit as its remaining business, the company said.
