04:30 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Viant Technology ( DSP ) reported Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Monday of $0.15 per share, up from $0.14 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.21.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $90.1 million, up from $64.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $52.4 million, if comparable.
The company said it expects Q1 revenue of $65 million to $68 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $38.9 million, if comparable.
Separately, the company said it acquired Lockr, a first-party data collaboration platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Viant ( DSP ) said Keith Petri will continue to lead Lockr as its chief executive.
Shares of the company fell past 11% in recent after-hours activity.
