ViaSat Awarded Five-Year $568 Million Contract From US General Services Administration

09:58 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ViaSat ( VSAT ) said Tuesday that it has been awarded a sole-source, five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract by the US General Services Administration, with a $568 million ceiling.

The new contract is a follow-on award through the GSA that extends a previous 2019 IDIQ award. The award requires ViaSat ( VSAT ) to support the transfer of command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, or C5ISR capabilities from Special Operations Forces to General Purpose Forces.
